Earn one Tribal Point for every €1 spent on eligible Tribal purchases.

100 points = €5 reward

Redeem points as credit toward eligible purchases. Minimum redemption: 100 points, in multiples of 100.

What qualifies?

A renewal advances the streak.

  • A successful renewal of a qualifying recurring Tribal Class membership
  • Consecutive qualifying renewals continue the streak
  • If the streak resets, it starts again from Tier 1 under the current live rules

What does not count?

Not every payment advances Payment Streak.

  • Bundles
  • Drop-in purchases
  • Prorated membership upgrades or changes

These do not count as additional recurring renewals. Payment Streak and Tribal Points remain separate.

Which memberships build Payment Streak?

1 Class / Week, 2 Classes / Week, 3 Classes / Week and Unlimited recurring Tribal Class memberships.

Do bundles, drop-ins or membership changes advance my streak?

No. Only qualifying recurring membership renewals advance Payment Streak. Bundles, drop-ins and prorated membership changes do not count as additional renewals.
